Nutcracker

Elsin's hotel is one of the sponsored thus having one free ticket, she asked me along to Nutcracker the ballet performance.

Presented by Singapore Dance Theatre, Nutcracker depicts a magical journey of a child- Clara in Kingdom of Sweets.
To reward for her bravery in saving her Nutcracker doll from an army of rats, the Snow Queen transformed her Nutcracker (which is actually a soldier) to a handsome prince and together, they journeyed through the Kingdom of Sweets and met Sugar Plum Fairy.

We got very good seats!

All the way in front, so close that I could identify if the dancer is a male or female, and I could the tapping steps of the dancer and saw the toned muscles of the dancers.

Sponsors mah, surely will get good seats.

So for close to 2 hours, I was captivated by the dance, costumes and story line.

Act 1 was honestly a lill boring. Act 2 was much better.

I saw some realllllllly beautiful scene but I am too shy to bring up my camera to take snap shots. How do people do it?

So well, just gotta settle with these miserly photos with a short post!
